Weeping a sea of paper and insanity

Our first big project was introduced last week. The premiss is to work from the waist in any direction, in any materials(as long as leather is present), shapes and techniques we want.

I have been cutting and taping paper shapes for one and a half day, so I can use it as a three dimensional sewing pattern... when it is finished. My sanity is driping for each cut I make.

 I made myself comfortable in my favourite corner of our sewing room, decorating the windows with my sketches as inspiration.
